Mission Statement
We are committed to providing an excellent dental experience for every patient, every time because of an innate desire to care for those who entrust us with their oral health.
Doctors

Matthew Bender, DMD
I grew up in North Carolina and have lived in Utah since attending BYU as an undergraduate. I have been providing comprehensive dentistry in the area since graduating from Roseman University: College of Dental Medicine and I love what I do.
I believe that high-quality dentistry includes not only a focused and methodical medical approach but also an artistic element. In that regard, I continually study and attend leading seminars to stay abreast of the latest trends in dental techniques and technologies, including the latest offerings in cosmetic dentistry and dental implants. I have seen countless patients dramatically improve their confidence and, in turn, their lives with beautiful new smiles that they never imagined they could have.
When not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Ashley, and our new baby girl. I also enjoy playing sports, hiking, camping, spending time with friends and family, and doing home-renovation projects.
I served an LDS mission in Bahia Blanca, Argentina and enjoy using Spanish to serve a greater number of people, including through some incredible humanitarian trips to Central and South America providing free dental care to those in need.
I love creating relationships with my patients, and I work hard to provide the highest quality of dental care. I look forward to meeting and serving each of you and your families. Together with Dr. Lewis and the excellent staff at Meadowbrook Dental, I am excited for what the future holds. If there is any way that I can help you, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Scott Lewis, DMD
Growing up in Utah I had the chance to explore the beautiful outdoors we have here and I enjoy creating memories through hiking, camping, and fishing with friends and family. I attended Brigham Young University where I met my wife and then shortly thereafter moved to Las Vegas. In Las Vegas I attended UNLV for dental school and we started our family. We have 3 girls and 1 boy that keep life interesting! As a student, I attended many advanced seminars at the convention centers in Las Vegas which helped jump start my path of continual learning. I was granted a scholarship by the LDS academy of dentists which allowed me to learn from their seminars and also studied one-on-one with many great mentors, including the President of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry Las Vegas chapter.
I find many benefits for myself and my patients by being involved in organized dentistry and up to date research. I am a current member of the Utah Dental Association and American Dental Association and keep up on new techniques through CE courses and peer-reviewed journals. Advanced courses in implants, root canals, oral surgery techniques, and cosmetics are the courses I enjoy taking and look forward to helping you and your family and friends with the techniques I’ve learned.

Most recently, my husband is trying to get me into archery… but we will see how that goes! I have a passion for dentistry and am excited to get to know you!

Jeanine, Dental Hygienist (RETIRED)
After 33 years as a dental hygienist, over the last 27 years of those right here, I’m announcing my retirement from dentistry. This has been a bitter-sweet decision for me. I feel physically, it’s time for me to move on to new opportunities, but in doing so i will truly miss each and every one of you. I would like to thank you for the privilege of serving as your dental hygienist and in doing so getting to know you better through sharing our stories of raising children, taking vacations, dealing with aging parents and in general, navigating life’s adventures together. I cherish these memories and wish you only the best. I hope you continue to love and care of your teeth and again know it’s been an honor to consider you my dear friends and this place my second home for all these years. Please feel free to keep in touch with me through Sargent Steam, where i’ll be working with my dear friend Julie, who sells home and business cleaning systems. Here’s to my next chapter!
Sincerely and with much love,
Jeanine
